  1. Stalls happen. I been stuck since late July now....I dit a stall at 3 weeks, 2 months and 5 months so far. I dont think Im gonna lose much more to be honest. I think Im at my frame size now. 229-230.
  2. I prefer eating smaller snack type meals more often than eating 3 larger meals a day. I find that it keeps the metabolism going and is in my opinion the better way to eat. Plus if you have 3 meals and divide the portions in half now you have 6 meals to eat a day, and you can add in a small snack. I dont like the REALLY FULL feeling I get when I eat a full portion of my set meal, I feel better eating half then the other half 2 to 3 hours later. I feel less of a chance of stretching out your stomach to eat larger portions this way.
  3. NICE!!!! What waist size were you to start with?
  4. Emotional triggers are real and dangerous!
  5. Thanks!!! I been stuck in the low 230's for a few weeks now, think that just my natural frame..
  6. before and after 5 months out!!! From a 47 waist to a 36. Im 5 lbs from goal weight, 296 to 230lbs!
  7. Great work!!! Wait to see how the weight just falls right off man!!
  8. It wont let me change my surgery date for some reason..I have to look into that.
  9. 1 word...Bee pollen....Ok well thats actually 2 words. But try some local bee pollen in your shakes.
  10. I was stuck around 240lbs for a few weeks, I went to Vegas, didnt work out but walked a ton and ate like complete crap...I came back 10lbs lighter...lol
  11. Youll feel satisfaction once you can eat the soft foods.
  12. I dumped once on Easter....Worst feeling ever..Pizza for me goes down easier than chicken for some reason.
  13. Have you started an exercise regimen? I recommend you do now, it makes recover and weight loss much easier in the end.
  14. I asked this same question and PIZZA was my big concern. If I couldnt eat pizza again I dont know what I would have done. So far I have been able to eat anything and everything but greasy foods make me feel really bad, not that i eat them often at all, but I have been known to sneak a french fry or two. I can eat sweets no issue but I dont really want them at all.
  15. I havent had time to do a new video been so busy. I did just get back from Vegas and California. I ate like **** for 7 straight days and lost 10 lbs......Im down to 233....I guess the revers diet is what I needed to break the stall. The shorts i have on in the picture were skin tight last summer and barely buttoned, shows how dramatic of a weight loss I have had in just 4 months post op. I do have some flabby skin around my naval but not as bad as I anticipated. Currently I am several pounds away from my goal weight of 225 and may try to get a little lighter . Im down from a 47 waist to a 39 down from 38% body fat to 24% and a 42 BMI to a 32 BMI
  16. I was most hungry during my full liquid phase. I do get hungry now but it passes quickly after a few bites.
  17. Its from swelling. it will go down. They should be giving you anti-inflammatory and anti- nausia medicine.
  18. 4 months post op and only 10lbs from goal weight of 225. Killing this ****!!! I have a little loose skin right around my naval but thats pretty much it. from 300 to 235 in 4 months I expected much more.. The shorts i have on barely buttoned last summer and were really tight, gave me muffin top...Its amazing I feel so comfortable now, even in the extreme heat I barely sweat. Went to Las Vegas and it was 116 out and I barely was breaking a sweat, before I would sweat in 60 degree weather..
  19. On the left is the picture that made me get surgery..
  20. Here is a split screen. The picture on the left was from 2015 one year after backing out of surgery the first time. It was the picture that persuaded me to revisit the idea of getting surgery again.
