  1. It been 6 weeks, try to make ur coffee light meaning more Water less strong. Good luck little by little!
  2. I noticed I need to add very little sugar an no cream or nothing extra, I'm surprised how I have tolerated, I believe even better than Cristal light. .. because coffee counts as ur liquid intake

  7. I did what you said! Went to my closet and try a dress I have for a long time IT FITTED! !! my boss came from vacation and the first thing she said was "Lexa u look great "... I'm always energetic but now I can do more! Thank you so much for your advice, did helped me

  10. I"ll be 3 months post op in 2 weeks, I noticed (scale don't lie) have not lose a single pound in almost the past 2 weeks, I understand I have no been in the gym ( got to work!) But I'm eating what I'm supposed to. Please help, what's going on
  11. Thanks so much! I glad u never had a problem with it and that u started sl early, I started nuts and feel great my nutritionist waned me to wait but I give it a try and I'm doing fine, next step hot sauce!!!!

  14. Hello everyone! If you reading this THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm a spicy food/sauce lover! When it's ok to start eating spicy foods, I had my gastric sleeve in October 2014! Thank you Lord :-) ... I was wondering if is too soon to give it a try. What you guys think ?

  18. I'm about to be 6 weeks post-op, I feel I'm struggling with my water intake, I was wondering if is ok to drink Gatorade. I was thinking is a good idea due to electrolytes.
  19. Go for it! I had the same fear is not easy but definitely worth it! I wake up every day with no regrets my health is almost 100% better and I'm not even 2 months post op. My sister have diabetes and is 18 yr old... she is going for it. Good luck!

  21. My recovery was slow and painful sleeping on my side helped me with the gas and pain. A month after my surgey and i was still in pain i believe the only thing that helped was able to sleep in that position. Good luck.

  25. I can see it!! Ihad lost 30 lbs and everyone around me is amazed of my 30 lbs lost. ....I can't not see it! But I'll advice you what my 9 yr old said "just look at the numbers they don't lie let them guide you"
