  1. ive had dizzy moments too but first time I actually faint . My blood pressure After surgery is now always around 100/60 sometimes even in the 90s/60 . Don't know if that's normal or not . Thanks for your feedback
  2. I had 5 úlcers ???? when I went in for surgery , and a huge hernia . My hernia was fixed during the same surgery . As for my ulcers my husband says they left with the part of my stomach that was removed Jiji. I have never ever after surgery gotten an ulcer pain so I'm pretty they are gone.
  3. I feel it in my esophagus area , for me that's like the first sign that I'm full . But measuring your food is the best you can do . Bc the mind will play games on you Jiji

  5. Hello everyone I am 10months post op . So yesterday I fainted . Completely fell back all of a sudden and lost consciousness for about 10 seconds ???? I was so scared. I have been taking iron bc I was a little anemic in last labs done about 3 months ago. I was wondering if anybody has had the same issue ? I already had lab work today so I will get results this afternoon.
  6. I did exactly What are saying . I only told very very few people . And honestly i regret telling "Close friends" . People can be very judgemental . Just stick with a sustainable lie like someone mentioned . And dont feel bad for lying , it's your privacy.
  7. @@Petunia1 you look beautiful!!! Did your have any sagging skin issues?? Thank you ???? And yes its Alot of weight so i do ️have Sagging below my belly button , arms And legs . But lifting weights has helped so much i think in my opinion. I've seen a lot of difference.
  8. T Tomorrow is my 10 months post op. I have lost 100lbs + from my heaviest weight . Used to be a size 18/2X and I am now a size 2/S (xs is some brands ????) I couldn't be happier about my new healthier lifestyle . It has not been easy but it has been the best decision I have made.

  11. I am 4 months post op and i smoke weed every day . I started 2 weeks post op . I don't get the munchies I feel it's something mental and I can control it . It relaxes me and it's just something I choose to do. It hasn't affected me in any way I am 70 + lbs down . So that's my experience and my opinion and everyone is entitled to one

  13. I Also carry weight in my hips and legs .ive lost 50 lbs and they have gotten smaller so I'm hoping for the best . The stepmaster machine is the best for cardió according to my trainer . I workout with a trainer 5 days a week and it is helping a lot.

  15. How have your arms Changed after surgery ? Do they eventually get small ? Im 2 months post op and my arms have gotten smaller But theyre still big and now everything Just hangs ???????? i am working out and hope to see change . Just wondering what your experience has Been Like ????

  17. It's best to ask your surgeon . I personally stopped when I started my liquid diet pre op And resumed two weeks post op. Best of luck to you !

  19. I hardly weigh myself unless I have an appt or my trainer makes me step on a scale . I just follow my plan and don't like to become traumatized my stepping on the scale. I will be two Months post op tomorrow and have lost 40lbs.
  20. Hi everybody ! My surgery was Nov 20th and I am feeling great . It's such a different lifestyle but I know it's for the best . I am really happy I've lost 40 lbs post surgery!
  21. Im 2 months post op and I have had shrimp. The most I can't eat is one or maybe two if they're small . It goes down well I just make sure to chew a lot
  22. Hi theres is an app you can dowload called Eat Slower. Its básically a timer. I myself have that problem , i was so used to eating so fast its hard to break the habit . I also take big gulps sometimes ???? and it does hurt jiji . I hope to one day learn to eat and drink slowly. I am almost 2 months post op
  23. Hi everybody . I had my surgery nov 20 and I'm down about 36 pounds. I haven't weight myself lately , I don't really want to step on the scale a lot and make it a habit. I've been feeling great and it's not easy but it's worth it I'm glad everybody is doing well.
