  1. Exploring and found the 40 something group!! I am in the pre-op phase and hopefully will have a surgery date next week. I am looking forward to following everyone's story. (non-stalker like)
  2. I have done all the pre-tests with the exception of the sleep apnea test which is this Friday. I have been to the informational session and am scheduled for my pre-op support group on Monday the 6th. Before that meeting I get to schedule my wellness assessment which is a 4 hour appt. with the bariatric team of, nutritionists, nurses, and psychologist. It is to my understanding that after that meeting I will be giving my surgery date. According to the nurse it could be as early as late February......I have only been in the process since 1/1/15 I am in a pilot program with my job so I am lucky enough to not have to wait for insurance approval. Is that to fast?? Am I rushing it?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  6. I did do extensive research before I put my name in at work for the program. Guess I just didn't expect it to go this quick.

  8. Thanks for the vote of confidence
  9. I am part of a pilot program at work and get to skip the food logs and insurance wait times. I have had all tests done except for my sleep study which is next week. So all I will have left is the wellness assessment at the hospital then I get my surgery date. This has all happened in the last 30 days. I thought I was ready but now I'm wondering if it's to quick. Anyone else have cold feet??
