Hey everyone I am 13 days post op and was wondering if you guys have started sleeping on the side or still on your backs and is it bad or painful ? And when did you guys start sleeping on your tummy again ... thank you

@@Queen of Crop thank u so much for taking your time and answering my questions has really helped me feel better I think this is very spchycological and being hungry tired all the weight dropping just makes you doubt things but this is a healthy future opportunity so when I have kids I will be able to enjoy life and not revolve my life around food .. I think that is the problem these days ppl live to eat but food should be eaten to survive and nourish your body

Hey guys I was wondering how much food can you guys eat after being a year or more after surgery like for example would it be the size of one slice of pizza in comparison more or less ? Thank you

Yea it's about 4 oz i am 10 days out was finding it hard but today its like I can ... yesterday was very hard but im doing it very slowly hmmm

I have found coconut water to be nice cause I use to get thr dry mouth too and also liquid form of vit b12 helps with energy

I bought this vit b12 in a liquid spray because I was feeling so tired and it really helped

I get the same feeling too I try to sit up a little while after eating or drinking or walking around for a few minutes beforr I sit back down ... the gas pain is getting better n better

Is it normal to be able to drink a bit more than 50 ml at a time ? Is it harmful ?

@@Queen of Crop - hi my name is Sofia I just wanted to ask you a few questions since its been so long since you had the sleeve. I am having a few doubts and I am scared. I want to know if I will ever be able to drink more than a few gulps like if I get really thirsty will I ve able to drink quick again or will it forever be sips . Also another one is I know its good loosing the weight and being healthy but is there ever any regret of being able to have eaten so much to so little now.. sorry if I dont make sense just me and my partner lived for food and now theres an emptiness what do we do when we dont eat ? Also now being 3 years how much exactly can you eat is it a full entre size ? Thank you very much hope I haven't bothered you but these are the questions that are really bugging me thanks again

Heyy I might be drinking too fast still trying to get use to not to gulp too much but I am so glad I am not the only one who is experiencing the feeling good luck everyone

I was not in too much pain same day I was walking and if you keep walking its even better to get rid of the gas
