It's not about being negative it's called being knowledgeable about things that go on in life. You call it a horror story it could be a wake up call for someone else! My friend surgery was rescheduled due to extremely high blood pressure. A lady did not follow through with her surgery in Mexico. Everybody has something to share!! Sorry you don't watch the News.

Sorry your so sensitive. ..it's not being mean ..it's called reality..At the last minute people change their mind about surgery. Sometimes surgeons cancel surgery due to high blood pressure, fever, scar tissue or any other complications.

To be honest my surgeon has me leary!!! I had major surgery last year on my stomach I have a very large Mercedes emblem scar plus I had a tummy tuck like 15 years ago and a c-section 23years ago. My surgeon tells me 3 months after I completed everything it's a good possibility I may wake up and the surgery was not completed he pulled out...I said WHAT....wait a freaking minute...girl I was psst...I'm still psst..at the end of the day he gonna get paid regardless...my mind is all over the place ...I'm not trying to waste more of my time...pre op, anesthesia..scars...NO SURGRRY ..girl I will be a news Flash..lol

Emblem requires 4 weigh ins. Your 2nd consult you should get a surgery date..if your on top of your game you should get surgery date in 4months...

Hospital stay is 1 day...bring as little as possible...of course bring the cell & charger..do you watch you tube?

I know your excited..I you researched your surgeon. I hear Dr Christine Ren Fielding at NYU is good. She was on Dr Oz with her husband a bariartic.surgeon at NYU..He did governer. Christie lapband. He has a lot of lawsuits. Google girl!!!!!
