  1. Congrats on your surgery. I went through the same miserable recovery, I knocked myself out every chance I could with the pain killers while in the hospital. Hang in there you'll feel better in no time.
  2. Well said diva! Just hold on and keep strong, pretty soon it'll become second nature to keep up your healthy eating habits. We got this woman!
  3. Well I'm six months post op and my doctor has cleared me for all regular foods. You just have to be mindful of what you're eating. You can have a treat here and there once you're cleared. But just don't make it a habit. Eating out I try to order something healthy and small. Because you're definitely not going to finish the plate. I usually bring my friends along to tag team my plate at the restaurant. They'll finish it off for me. Lol
