I'm on day 3 of my pre op diet ???? it's tough specially when you have to cook for the family I have my son my hubby and my dad that is too demanding on everything lol it's tough but I take it as a challenge ???? 3 days in 5lbs down might be water weight but it sure is exciting to see my number go down

I'm having my sleeve done on 11/25 in Tijuana mx w Dr ortiz. I have no insurance and a friend got hers done there she's doing fine so far so makes me feel more comfortable knowing someone who got it done and is doing so great ????
