  2. I'm gonna be watching this to lol I've heard Cheerios is ok. But I haven't thought about the whole liquid solid thing. I've tolerated everything well so far but do get full very quickly so I guess this will just be an experiment to try lol

  4. I'm in north Alabama and am 5'10". Surgery was sept 9th and lost 20 pounds so far. Doctor says goal weight is 150 but I'm aiming for 170-180 as I don't wanna look sickly and I also would still like a little meat on my bones lol

  9. The day I was released from the hospital my sugar dropped really low and they gave me a few sips of orange juice then to get it back up before I would be released. My doctor ok'd it. Yes I realize the taco wasn't best choice but I was 2 hours away from home and didn't really have an option on eating what's best for me.
  10. I had surgery sept 9th and i had my first bad thing happen yesterday. Been drinking nothing but water and eating what I can on the soups but apparently my sugar has been dropping really low causing me to be very weak almost to point of passing out a few times. So yesterday I had a few sips of orange juice and about 3 small bites of a soft taco from Taco Bell. I am not ashamed as I felt 100 percent better after. I have been very afraid of dumping but my new tummy held that good.
  11. Just A bottle of magnesium citrate....drank a bottle last night and working on one now. Gotta admit it's not making me run to the bathroom that much. Maybe because I don't have much left in me to empty out.
  12. So I checked with my doctors nurse and she said I should be ok. I started the cleanse a day early last night and yesterday didn't eat anything just drank water and broth and when I weighed this morning I was down 5 pounds just from yesterday. Still gotta do another cleanse tonight and surgery is in the morning so I think I'll be ok! Thanks for all The advice everybody!
  13. I know I've never been more hungry in my life. So many emotions right now.....
  14. I've been on a 2 weeks diet and lost some already. Been eating 1 meal a day and nothing but water. But when he said that my heart sank. Even with doing what I was doing the most I lost like 6 pounds in a week. At this point I've just decided to go on liquid diet. Nothing but water and chicken broth.
  15. Hi I'm 26 almost 27 and will hopefully having sleeve surgery this week or next week depending on how much weight I lost between now and then
  16. So I had my final appointment with my doctor this past Thursday. Surgery date is this coming up Wednesday the 9th. He told me to lose 10 pounds by surgery date. I am now 4 days till surgery and have lost 1 pound. Feeling very discouraged because he said he will post pone surgery if I'm even 1 ounce over the 10 pounds. I've already set my work leave up and all and just hate that all this is gonna be put on hold due to a stupid 10 pounds.
  17. Thanks for the suggestions. I been looking into the quest and may try that. I see they have a salted Carmel flavor and peanut butter that sounds delicious.
  18. No. It's been since November last year since I don't all my qualifications. Surgery was put on hold due to financial reasons and restarting approval now. From The way my doctors nurse talked I wouldn't have to go through any of that again since I already been approved. I do know they recommend Unjury. I may try that.
  19. I tried premier and gagged with it on the chocolate. I don't like anything chocolate strawberry or vanilla flavored. I'm gonna do smoothies instead but know I'm still gonna starve. Maybe this isn't right choice for me because I'm not strong enough to be starving all the time. I will not make myself miserable just to lose weight.
  20. Hi all. I'm new here but looking for sleeve surgery date in September. Was just told to start my pre op diet. My doctor recommends 2 shakes and 1 small meal. Day 1 yesterday was horrible. Can't drink the shakes due to the taste. So I just stuck with water all day. Had my 1 meal. By last night I was starving. With my job(I'm a CSR) being grumpy and not feeling good with customers will cause me to get fired. So I am wondering what are some good appetite suppressants that I could try??
