  1. Everybody is different I stay at 800 or less and I've never stalled and lose weekly.
  2. Oh lord! Chocolate chip cookie dough and cookies n cream every freaking day!!
  3. I take a multivitamin with minerals, b-12, super b-complex, calcium w vitamin d, biotin, iorn and folic acid. I just recently got some bariatric ones but I don't like them. I like good ole vitamins that I get from Vitacost! I don't need chewables anymore but my favorite multi is and its pineapple flavored! I can't think of the name right now but it's probably the only pineapple flavored on their website.
  4. Chicken can be harsh I would take that one really slow even "soft" maybe boil it in some broth to make it reeeeealy fall apart soft! Anything you can blend is soft.

  7. Nope mine was two days, the only way you would need to stay longer is if you had a complication(fingers crossed you won't)

  9. I was thinking the same thing at SAMS the other day and at the cheese tasting store in my town. I may never have to buy food again! I don't want to end up with my picture on the front door and a banned sign though.....;(
  10. No it won't because if it did we would all be dead. Waiting stinks but it's worth it. Hang in there!
  11. A whole bunch of stuff! It all depends on your insurance co if your trying to have them pay ect as to what comes next.
  12. When I was at that stage I had refried beans with sour cream, avocado purée, cheese , ricotta bake or crab cakes I made w/o bread crumbs. You can also do chicken salad blended tuna or ham salad blended.
  13. No they shouldn't If fluids are stuck then your stomach would have to be completely swollen shut and they wouldn't get stuck they would come back up or slowly drain through. It may be hard to get them down though.
  14. Well at least it's over! I hurt to when I woke up. I never lie about that when someone's asks. I was only nauseated the first two days when I stood up. Good thing is it's all getting better right? It's a process and not always sunshine and roses, but it's worth it
  15. Do you now have a prescription for a nausea medication? Rest would be good.

  17. I do low carb so I guess Atkins or a modified version, I'm probably way more strickt though. It works for me.
  18. I did small sips in the beginning but now 5 months post op I can drink water just like I use to. Keep at it!
  19. Fluids can be slow going at first because your stomach is swollen, you just keep at it and yes it gets much better.
