  1. I watch motivation videos of people ho have lost weight on YouTube ect...if I still REALLY need motivations I get naked in front of the mirror, that will do it every. stinking. time.
  2. @@SoCalLeslie You're welcome! It's was heavenly
  3. Elode replied to Amylou's topic in Fitness & Exercise
    Never heard of it
  4. Well congratulations you secret keeping hoodlum!! once you get all healed up you need to plaster that face on a post so we can all sit back and admire it!!!!
  5. What kind of concert? You should be ok but you don't want to be around a bunch of pushing and shoving!
  6. 2 days! Lucky! I had to do 2 weeks and I made it w/o ever cheating! You can too just keep your eye on the prize
  7. Finding something you will actually drink is more important than the brand. I'd discuss that's with the Nut. I'm sure they would rather you be drinking something you both can agree on than nothing at all because you hate it.
  8. Hello & welcome! There are lots of wonderful supportive people here! You've come to the right place
  9. You may be dehydrated or lacking in vitamins and minerals such as potassium. That can cause muscle cramps.
  10. I second @Wray1. I wish I had done it sooner too. The happiness and the way I feel/look now completely outweighs any feelings of fear. You will see when the time comes.
  11. Girl, if you still have that pain pump you better use it! Nobody had to tell me twice. I pushed that thing like I was a contestant on Jeopardy ! @@The Candidate "pain for 500"
  12. I've never "snook" weed or hung out with a surfer name king that did but I'd assume You would want to be fully healed first. Coughing would be hellacious!
  13. As soon as the thought of someone putting pressure on your sore stomach doesn't make you want to punch them in the face....yep I'm going with that.
  14. Before surgery on the pre-op diet
  15. Because dark fingernail polish can interfere with medical equipment such as a pulses ox machine ( used to monitor your pulse and oxygen levels) We need to be able to monitor our patients especially during surgery.
  16. I drink protein drinks daily. I follow most all rules but they can SUCK it when it comes to that! I will drink them and they will deal with it. I'm doing just fine!
  17. Sorry bout YOU! Having surgery doesn't stop hand to mouth action, you still have to handle that s**t
  18. Not much, I was still on mushy foods. Maybe 300-400 calories. Mainly protein drinks but everyone's different so do what your surgeon says. I'm 8 months post-op and should be at 1200 calories, I get 800. I just do my best!
  19. Nope! My lady was nice but I didn't learn a thing from her. I had already done so much of my own research I could have taught her a thing or two
  20. When I get that way I have a piece of dark chocolate and a Dark chocolate Royal Atkins shake. It works! Or I just go to bed, that works too.
