  1. @@wannaBthinsoon Yay! Congratulations!!
  2. My 1 year anniversary is coming up in 4 days! I've posted plenty of pictures in the last year but this one is one of my favorites! It has nothing to do with my face or body but has everything to do with my health. I'm still have those "pinch me" moments quite often. It doesn't seem real, my brain still has issues comprehending the numbers that I see on the scale. I feel incredibly blessed to have been given the chance to have a "rebirth" and I want to thank each and everyone of you who has been with me on the journey you guys are a big reason for my success. I would name you all off but It would take forever and I don't want to miss anyone. I am thankful for each and everyone of you and wish you all a successful and blessed journey to health! Let's keep it going! This is a NSV but the numbers are just as important to me. ❤️ WINNING!!! ❤️
  3. Just let me say though.....if I where there and you were LRRH I would totally be this. Close enough to a wolf!
  4. Snow White!
  5. Happy birthday!!! I was just like you! I had my surgery Nov 3rd and my birthday is Nov 11th! It's soooo worth skipping out a year. I was 267 on my last birthday, this year 150.2! Hang in there, you can celebrate more normally next year and you probably just add a few extra birthdays to your life!
  6. You look fabulous! Congrats!
  7. @@byebyedarkpassenger Our team is growing! It doesn't really matter when you start just jump in! I didn't plan this so well. I didn't think anyone would want to do it so I just thought "well I may as well ask" and here you all are! It's actually pretty fun and it's keeping me ultra motivated!
  8. @@jess9395 You should. She's the only one I ever listen to. She cracks me up and has a way of making you understand passages in a real life funny way!
  9. @@jess9395 That's so awesome! It feels good to make it through the day! The brain is evil! I just dreamed that I ate a bunch of bad stuff cake, pizza, and an extra shake. Extra shake? Weird I know? I just woke up and was so relieved that it was a dream and then a little perturbed that my sleep brain is being so dramatic already! Geez! It's been one day and already dreaming about food! I needed this more than I thought! Keep fighting temptation!
  10. You're doing wonderful! 35 lbs = 7 bags of sugar! Think of it that way.
  11. @@VSGAnn2014 Well thank you! Now tomorrow is going to be a challenge and a bit harder since the girls at the clinic will be bringing junk for Halloween. I will keep my blinders on and stay OUT of the break-room!!! I will be in my car on break.
  12. My dinner and what's sure to follow......and that's why I took my zzzquil!
  13. @@sweetie716 Me too! The husband just came through with my shakes! I'm finishing a cup of chicken/vegetable broth. Today was a success!!!!
  14. Oh and before I forget I was complete joking about this being "wildly popular". I was positive I would be on my own. You guys are all fabulous! Thank you for helping me along! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
  15. @@Awjones28 ha! I think we're all a little nuts! Must be the surgery?

  19. @@Amberina You're doing great. I'm like you, we shall see how long I can keep this up BUT 5 days for sure and Halloween will be a huge success to not stuff myself with candy!
  20. Is it cold where you live right now? Few things it could be....Cold exposure symptoms include color changes on the skin, numbness, stinging, redness, blisters, and more. Raynaud phenomenon is another possibility Raynaud's phenomenon causes color changes, coldness, tingling, and numbness in certain parts of the body. Venous insufficiency, Venous insufficiency causes pain, aching, skin rashes, and swelling in the legs also the oh so lovely Acrocyanosis, Symptoms of acrocyanosis include blue mottled skin of the hands and feet, cold hands, cold feet, and more. That's just a few possibilities. Listen to @@Babbs and call your physician to be safe.
  21. @@wannaBthinsoon Yes you can!! Stay ROYAL!!!! Sorry about your Mets @@Alex Brecher ????????????
  22. @@jess9395 I am going to have to order some more of that. I have to drive out of town two hours to one of our small clinics. I don't normally have to but I'm helping them out for the next month so 3x a week. I figured this would be a good time to do liquids because I'm pretty busy. The only problem on work days is going to be trying to drink water. I can rarely get a bottle in in 6 hours while working. I can't leave the floor too often. I will have to make up for it throughout the rest of the day. I have the drive there and back. I always listen to Joyce Meyers in the morning. I don't know if you know who that is but she's a female preacher. I love her and she motivates me for the day. I hope she does something about willpower tomorrow, and I hope she doesn't make me laugh with a full bladder!! Ha!
  23. @@downsizingdiva Oh I understand. I forgot that I said I would go to my girlfriends house on Halloween for drinks, snacks, and passing out candy. I didn't realize it until I was talking to my husband today. I already committed to this so I will be skipping on the party. Luckily she's also a Nurse Practitioner and she knows the struggle and what I've been through so there won't be any hard feelings over it. I was slightly disappointed but got over it quickly. Health and personal goals are more important to me right now.
  24. @@wannaBthinsoon Wow well you just tell him you have a team behind you and we think you're doing great!!
