Yes I had outpatient surgery went in at 7:00 out by 3 or 4 was walking the hallways before that. Had to stay in a hotel near surgery center overnight then back for a check in the morning then went home. Not bad at all.

Let's try this again. Didn't quite make my holiday challenge goal but I will shoot for 215.

Sleeved 10/22 started liquids 2 weeks before and just hit 50 pounds gone.

You can try Kellogg's protein shakes they have a lot of protein. Must drink them cold. I can take it to work and sip on it in the morning to start off my day. Also just discovered a teaspoon of peanut butter for a little protein. Sleeved 10/22. Can't do plain greek yogurt but add some Splenda and it's tolerable. Also stock up on beef and chicken boluion.

Ok my surgery was 10/22 before surgery weight 284. After 2 weeks liquids before and one week after down 20. Another 5 this week for a total of 25. Goal weight hopefully another 35 by end of challenge. Thanks for doing this.

I'm in sounds great. Just sleeved 10/22.

Surgery on the 22nd and every time I drink anything or eat a Popsicle I get some cramps and a lot of gurgling. Is that normal and how long will it take to go away.

My surgery is scheduled for October 22 and I too am alone as my kids are grown and moved out. Although my son lives nearby with his wife. Doing the two week liquid pre op diet. All tests have been completed waiting on results I of the sleep study. Looking forward to the rest of my life being healthy finally.

Yes surgery scheduled for 10/22. I am self pay with all tests completed and waiting on results and have already started my two week liquid diet. Getting very excited thinking I probably should have done this years ago. I hope I will be saying that after surgery as well. Only problem I seem to be having is being tired/low energy and I probably need to keep a better count of my protein intake. Would love from other georgia folks as well.
