3 Weeks Out - No Appetite / Not Eating
Try adding unflavored protein to crystal light. I normally add 1 and 1/2 tablespoons to a 20 oz bottle of water and you can't taste the protein. I do that 3 times a day and get in 60 oz of water and an extra 26 proteins....killing 2 birds with one stone . Good luck on your journey

Migraines...how did your sleeve affect your migraines?
I have had migraines since i was 15 and pre surgery was on topamax 3 times a day and imitrex at onset until it stopped working. My neurologist switched me to tramadol as needed. I was having daily headaches and at least 2 migraines a week pre surgery. I had surgery 2 months ago and haven't even had a minor headache. it's a nice feeling...good luck on your journey

Face moisturizer suggestions? And dry skin in general -- lotion suggestions?
Coconut oil is amazing I use it instead of regular moisturizer...great for your hair as well

Week of jan 26th sleevers?
It's hard with everything else we have to do but if I don't do it I know I won't meet my requirements I'm sure once it's easier to get more then a few sips in it won't be as important;) I just keep a little note pad with me I find it easier then tracking on my phone at this stage .....good luck with your tracking
