  2. I am 9 weeks out, and do occasionally throw up. (I threw up part of my dinner tonight, actually!). It's always when I eat too fast, don't chew dry meat well enough, or eat too much, so it's just a matter of training myself a bit better, I think. When I do get sick, I go back to soft foods for a day, so my pouch can calm down - that seems to help.
  3. I had that issue the night of and day after my surgery on the 2nd. I do still have gas/burping issues if I eat too fast or too much, so I've learned that slowing way down helps. If I feel it starting while I'm still eating but not yet full, I'll use one of those Gas-X dissolving strips, and that usually stops it.
