  1. Good luck on your surgery.
  2. Where did you get that water from? I am always looking for different drinks.
  3. Carry a water bottle with you and just sip it all the time. It should help
  4. Are you getting enough fluids? That can cause the headaches
  5. I am 51 and have my surgery next Wednesday. I can't wait to be able to do things like walking without breathing heavy. Not being stared at by strangers because of my size. I have my protein powders, chewable vitamins, mio water with vitamins along with a few different things to drink like broth.
  6. I was told between 70-80 grams daily. Pre-op I am using that amount with three shakes daily and four oz. of protein every evening.
  7. I started at over 460 and I am now 447 with my surgery a week away. I am hoping to get down to 215-225 when all is said and done. I think there are plenty of is on here that have high BMI's.
  8. It is my day for my surgery as well. I am having the Gastric Bypass surgery and have been liquid with Protein at night for a week now. I saw my doctor yesterday and I told him how excited I am for the surgery. I can't wait as I am tired feeling tired all the time. Congrats on your upcoming big day misstvb
