January 5th is my Date!
KSTUZ- I also work in a medical environment. I work at the hospital in my town. I work in the communications department and my department works 24/7 so we always need holiday coverage. January is easier to get coverage for my time off. Where are you located?

I love the powered water enhancer by Crush..they are low calorie and sugar free. My favorite is the strawberry. .tastes just like a carbonated strawberry soda but no bubbles

February Surgeries
Thank you ClaireC. I have been practicing my post op behaviors now so when it's real it will be second nature. I am quite ready to be thin and healthy again. Next week I have a follow appointment with the NP and dietitian. Just by being mindful of my eating, according to my him scale I have lost 10# since my first appointment sept 23. I have many post op nsv's on my bucket list. Thanks for the encouraging words. Hope to talk again :-D Bear

I need to lose 9lbs before my surgery HELP!
Taking 20 min or more to eat a meal and chewing thoroughly has helped me eat less. I'm actually full before I finish my food. I'm still in the pre surgery stages. I'm taking time to practice my post surgery behaviors now so after surgery eating habits will be routine
