I am having surgery in Dallas, TX.

I am not telling them about my hernia, sleep apnea, athlete feet, or ingrown toenail! I am just taking a week off around a holiday and go back to work eating much lighter!

I have a hiatal hernia and sleep apnea, but I am other than that healthy! Where do you live?

I have read that everyone woke up in pain!!! I have gone through breast reduction and a hysterectomy, I did not wake up to pain!! Is it fair to say I will not wake up to pain with the sleeve? Chime in if you had other surgeries, please!

Can do you sleep after surgery! I mean can you lay on your side once you get home from the hospital?

You have confirmed for me.... Not telling anyone, just gonna take a week of vacation and come back happier!

I have not had surgery, but I drink real cokes! I quit, not for the surgery part but what I read about drinking cokes scared me to death! They really are not good for you! Alzheimer's has not been proven, but seems to be found in people that are heavy drinkers of coke! What I found that works for the caffeine headaches was to take Advil migraine or/and phenergrine! Good Luck!

I am doing the exact same thing:cash pay, traveling out of town and I am doing a hotel (Priceline.com)! How long were you off work?

How did that work for you? I mean how did you feel at work on your first day back?

Did anyone have surgery at an outpatient center? Like you stay 23 hour! How did that work?

I was not approved through my surgery! I had to do another surgery and while they are in there I will get sleeved!
