  7. how did your surgery go. Mine went well.
  8. I guess the unfortunate half of piece of Pizza that I broke down and ate my 3rd d ay before surgery did not hurt because when they weighed me befor emy operation I had already lost 20 pounds and he said my liver was very small. I woke up feeling extremely bad. I literally felt like I was about to have a heart attack but after walking around and sipping on water and burping the gas has now subsided. I can feel my sore belly move around every time I move but even that is going away, I feel like my future is so much bright her and if I lost 20 pound before my surgery there is no way i cannot reach my goals after.
  9. I had 3 ounces of egg for Breakfast and 1 once of homemade avocado dip. I also had one V8 juice and that is all for me. The rest of teh day Water and Protein shakes. Really nervous about the surgery tomorrow but i know I start my new life.
  10. I have been nervous about this too. I have a 13 month old and cannot help but think "what if I die while on the table." But I am going to die in 10 years anyway if I do not lose the weight.
  11. I was pretty good the whole time. It was 2 week pre op diet. 2 shakes and a Breakfast with 1 serving of 2 choices and a late afternoon meal with a lean meat and veggies. However last night I cheated with a half piece of frozen pizza slice (digornio) I threw it away when I realized what I was doing. I left a little less then a half of piece in the trash. I have surgery on weds and am scared I have ruined everything and my liver is going to be too large to operate on me. I just want to cry. I have waited so long for this chance. I cannot believe I risked it over a slice of pizza.
  12. I had a half of slice of pizza. I have been really good. But I feel like i slipped to the point of no return now. I do not want them to open me up and find a large liver.
