  2. Oh I'm going to buy this on my lunch today! Thank you!
  3. I'll take them all unless someone else wants to share!
  4. This is such good idea. I have a HUGE pile of 20's I can give to anyone who wants them too!
  5. I'd love them!! That's the size I'm just about in!
  6. Thank you for the good positive story! I love the journey & success you have shared!
  7. Congratulations!! An inspiration for sure. You have come a long way baby!!! I'm only 1 month in and I already feel great. I can't imagine in one year. It is indeed a daily struggle but one I feel YOU have mastered and one I'm ready for my challenge.
  8. Great Suggestions!!! @@Photo925, @@Jordan861! @@Kindle, WOW you really know how to jazz up a Protein drink. Thanks!
  9. YOU look AMAZING! Such an inspiration.
  10. Does anyone have a Protein drink that they like? Right now the only two I can stomach are the Isopure zero cab 40G protein and CorePower 26G of protein.
  11. Congrats! You look stunning!!!
  12. I was sleeved 9/15. I stayed one night in the hospital. I was walking a few hours after surgery. No pain at all. My only issue in the hospital was the horrific headache from the pain meds. No more dilaudid ever! I've been a bit groggy since being home but that finally went away this past weekend. I've been able to drink 67 ounces of water and about 70g of protein a day. I go for my post op this Wed. All in all, best decision I have ever made.
  13. Has anyone else experience a long period of time post-op of still feeling groggy? I'm post 11 days and am still feeling a bit groggy and having a hard time thinking clearly.
  14. I'm so sorry, I know that broke your heart. I pray that it all works out and they hire a replacement quickly.
  15. AMAZING! Thank you for sharing your story. I'm 9 days post op and feel great. I know I'm lucky. I was able to walk several laps around the hospital the night of surgery. I'm looking forward what the future holds and your story has inspired me!
  16. I'm walking during lunch and on my breaks. The majority of my walking is after work though.
  17. I only took one week. I'm at day 8. I felt good enough to come back. Listen to your body. I agree, walking is the key. I started off with half a block and am up to 1.5 miles a day. Going to try for 2 miles tonight. Good Luck!
  18. I too am 8 days out of surgery. I'm exhausted. I went back to work after one week. I had no pain at all so I know I'm very lucky there. I feel like it's the anesthesia for sure. I'm forcing myself to walk though because I always feel better after. A nap just makes me more tired lol. Congrats to everyone!
