December 30th for me!
I am Dec. 30th. There are quite a few of us at the Facebook group, us. Very supportive and easier to use.

Dec. sleevers.. I saw a topic about this but lost it? Anyone out there yet for dec. surgery?
This is all reassuring, thank you ladies. Edy makes a Splenda popsicle labeled Outshine with 2gms. Sugar alcohol. The flavors are more adult.

Sleeved 12/5/14...post op diet
I bought a small cookbook from Amazon: "Weight-Loss Surgery Cookbook, simple and delicious recipes for every stage after surgery". It is making full liquids bearable (soft set egg custard and more). Out also explains what needs to take place at each stage. I hope this helps.

Jolls says "straws are our friends" so if need be, I will ship away. Anyone feeling the blues? I suddenly feel so sad, weird that my nervous excitement is gone.

Weight gain pre-op.
I have to complete 4 visits. My insurance wanted my last weight recorded by my family doctor. My surgeon was not worried about x amount of pounds lost. My dietician is. She weighs me at each of our monthly sessions. I gained the first month. I told her I was having food funerals. I am using Lose It and this second weigh in will show a loss of four pounds.

What is everyone NOT going to miss after sleeve?
I will not miss my DDs, unzipping pants before I sit down to take off my shoes, and tugging my big shirts down every few minutes. I will not miss sleepless nights, waking up congested with puffy eyes. I will not miss pain in my feet and knees despite orthotics. I will not miss dieting as a part time job. I will not miss the look on people's faces when they measure me with their eyes before a hug, and the awkward side hugs to avoid my chest. I will not miss the shock of myself in photos.
