Ok so iv had another fill and still as if i can eat a horse dont fill restricted at all, although since the last fill i get (slim) come up more with hot food is this normal?

Im far from the green i only no i have a band from the scars lol, iv lost around 12 lb since surgery not what i was ecpecting at all

I habe 7 cc in 10 band and dont have any restriction yet

Im the same banded since nov 14 had 5 fills feel asif i dont even have a band so frustrated

Iv got a 10cc band and am currently at 7cc, im feeling restriction from my last fill but feel its not enough, when i eat fast or big bites it gets stuck would some people stop having fills at this point also i feel that i need more restriction to help me start loseing weight and has anyone found the only way to lose if to be a little bit to tight?

Anyone have any shake recipes or links would be very gratful

I just seem to either be putting on or not loseing at all this is so anoyying i feel like iv wasted my money, i see people saying they have lost 40 ect before they even have a fill i had surgery in november 2014 and in total have lost 20lb (which 10 was feom pre op), has anyone else been like this, iv had 2 fills and one next week but i can still eat as much i could before surgery i dont want to be struggerling like this reason why i got the band!!!!

Yes your right i guess i thought my band would stop me from eating lol, just need to get somewhere with the band doesnt feel like i have one atm i have a fill in the morning so maybe that will do the trick my head is still in my old ways and wants choclate choclate choclate which i need to change i no but its so hard i just want to feel something so it doesnt feel as if im dieting i could have done that without all the expenive of a band time and pain also, whole reason i had a band was because i cant diet!!

Thank your for your advise, like you said its about changeing within your self but finding it really hard atm, is a stuck episode when youv eaten to much and u get cramp in ur stomach? I had this several times hopefully the fills start giving me restriction soon fingers crossed

Ok so i was banded in nov and had my first fill in jan 3cc, is it just me or does it feel like i habe to diet, is this the whole point? I can still eat as much as i did b4 i feel like its a constant battle i have a fill on friday also do you think its because i need more fills? Once your at green zone is it easier? I need some advise please.

I use one of my daughter feeding baby spoons other wise i gulp really fast, had my first fill today which is a relief

Im 9 weeks post op and im starving! Havnt had a fill yet just need some encougment from people that have been here done it sort of thing, once you had a fill was it better did it feel like when u first had band? I lost 25lb in first 5 weeks and have gained 7 lbs the last 4 getting so down now need some positivity!!!

Just found out im 5 weeks pregnant i no its early days but iv only had my band 6 weeks any one else fell pregnant straight after? I havnt had any fills yet will they fill wise pregnant ? Also i have a 8 month old so nervous as hell!!

I have read on others that this is the worst part, hopefully i dont gain! So true what you said though it is a small amount of time will just have to be strict with myself & think of what i should be doing instead of what i want to do, liquid stage was fine now im on soilds and have realised i can eat i think my brain is going over time and looking for anything to scoff finger crossed this time passes fast lol ☺

Went to see my surgon yesterday and he wouldnt do my fill as i was still sore(4weeks post) so its being re-booked, thing is im feeling like i could eat what i was before surgery i feel so hungery any advise? I dont want to ruin it im down 20lbs and am so happy but i can feel myself sliping back to my old ways already help!!

Lovely thank you my surgon said its not not a probem just cant eat anything over there and just bottled water as its none for food bugs (thanks)

well done, i was banded 6 days ago and i was expecting the worse pains not that bad just the gad and port site is sore thats all, everyday you will feel better good luck with your journey

Ok so im 6days post op feeling better each day, still reallg sore were port it though, was wondering if anybody had been on hoilday after theee op? Il be 10days op op when i go to egypt. Just wondering if anyone has any tips on fuilds ect

Ok so im being banded in the morning & im terifed of the after pain. Iv got a 7month old baby and scared i wont be able to do much, my partner is taking 3 days off to help but from what iv read people are saying 2 weeks to be back on your feet? Also hot a hoilday booked in 10 days time will i be ok to fly?

Hi I'm new to this and I have just got my date for surgery 1st of November, I'm soòooooo nervous but excited. Scared of having loose skin anyone got tips,? Plus I have a 6 month old will i be able to lift her?
