  1. @@Elode - I DO LOVE THAT STUFF - I'M JUST AFRAID TO USE IT EVERY NIGHT....I USE MELATONIN BUT I STILL WAKE UP AT 3. I MAY HAVE TO PICK SOME UP AND TRY. HAVEN'T HAD IT SINCE SURGERY.
  2. @MAMTO3INNH I GUESS I'M PROBABLY NOT EATING ENOUGH, GETTING IN 60-80 G PROTEIN.
  3. I AM 8 WEEKS OUT TODAY. I STILL FEEL KINDA NOT RIGHT. THE ONLY WAY I KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE IT IS A LITTLE LIGHT HEADED AND LIKE MY LEGS ARE KINDA LIKE Jello. I KNOW MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS LOW/NORMAL FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I'M NOT USED TO THAT BUT I'M JUST WONDERING HOW LONG IT TOOK EVERYONE ELSE TO FEEL NORMAL OR GOOD AS SO MANY PEOPLE ARE SAYING THEY FEEL NOW. I SHOULD ADD I'M EXPERIENCING INSOMNIA ALSO, I WAKE UP AT ABOUT 3 EVERY MORNING AND CAN'T GO BACK TO sleep WHICH MAKES FOR A VERY TIRING DAY.
  4. I'm depressed with anxiety but I don't feel it is linked to food
  5. Can some of y'all reassure me that this depression will go away? I'm 7 weeks out.
  6. Only fiancee and my kids no-one else in the planet but my doctors. Plan to keep it that way.
  7. I'm a little depressed too...
  8. I'm depressed too. I think the exercise will help...and prayer!
  9. Mine is 80-but doctor told me 40 at the least yesterday, so today I'm having less than 80 the next few days to see how that goes.
  10. Me too! Very dry, I didn't know if it was because of the surgery till this forum, never heard that before. I always hated wearing lotion but now I use NIVEA 48 hour lotion, it is awesome.
  11. How is everyone doing. I'm losing so slow its crazy.
  12. Recovery was good, took it easy for two weeks. I didn't have pain or lumps like that. 5 weeks out. I'm am able to eat anything I can stand. U will be better soon it just takes time.
  13. you were probably posting this at the very time that I was doing this for the first time. I ate some meat that was too dry, it didn't bother me at first then after a while I felt like I was going to be sick for the first time, the extra saliva and all, oh I felt horrible I thought I was going to die lol, and I did exactly what you said kinda threw up that extra stuff a couple times and eventually felt better. I wish I had read a good description of this before hand. I feel better now but scared to death to easy anything even remotely solid.
  14. 13 pounds...very slow...lost so much on the two week pre op diet then it just about stopped all together after surgery, but I'm still thankful
  15. 4.5 weeks out. Feel so so much better. Losing somewhat slowly, had to lower my carbs. Only problem is that I wake up at 2,3, or 4 every morning when I could sleep till like 715. Then after that I'm so sleep I can barely stay up past 9. But still thankful for no complications.
  16. If had more money and actually liked shopping again, I would buy all kinds of smaller clothes.
  17. I are some of that gortons grilled fish last night and it went down but seemed to stay in my stomach forever and got uncomfortable
