  3. Crystal, that is astonishing. Do you feel weak? Hopefully it will slow down some now. My doctors two month goal for me is 35 pounds, lol.
  4. Agent Looks like you have it all worked out :-) the pot roast and crock pot ideas are great. I did a lot of stewed chicken in my puree stage. I was sleeved on 7 October. I was just cleared for a pretty much reg diet. My surgeon perfers you wait to have breads, potatoes of any kind, pasta, basically, junk carbs until you get to four months! Yikes! I do plan on having a little sweet potato at Thanksgiving :-)
  5. I talked to my PA at my appointment today about constipation. They really stressed miralax daily because your body wont get addicted to it like it could to Phillips mom. Use it daily or every other day. Since Ican have eggies now, things should get better for me. So hang in there.
  6. Stephh, Chell, thank you so much Kimberly, I will try to wait a week to weigh or at least every Saturday

  9. , Everyone, I had my one month post op appointment this morning. I have lost 20 pounds total. my doctor said that is good for me. I will have to take his word for it. I've been cleared for exercise. And I can eat vegetables now .they still want me not to have no carbs or maybe just 1 or two 1 start a week. And oh yeah I can have pork rinds . I've haven't tried them yet but I think I will buy some today. They tell me that the stall In weight loss is common and can last up to three weeks.
  10. I will definitely let everyone know what the doctor says.

  14. OMG, did someone say popcorn? You mean like at the movies, lol? Yeah, I think its off our list :-)
  15. Congratulations Samantha I would suggest making the meals as simple as possible. Sandwiches ans soups won't hurt them for a little while. You need to rest and recover as much as possible.
