My surgeon required that for the pre op diet. I hated it yuck the only way I got it down was 1 scoop vanilla 1 scoop chocolate with PBS ice and water. That made it tolerable -

Yes gas pains started for me on day two along with hiccups I think that's from the hiatal hernia repair. I was sleeved on 1124 came home yesterday afternoon. Today has been better. Still can't get in 64 Oz -
