  5. Hello all! I'm new here. I had gastric bypass August 25. I was on a week diet starting August 18 and I've lost 30 pounds since then. I am having a problem with mental hunger. I started eating purée today and I'm ok but the mental huger is tough. Any ideas for yummy purée dinners and how to better deal with mental hunger?
