  5. lol hi twin 8/18 and 24 lbs down as of today and for the bad breath I caught mines before he said anything I keep breath strip by the bed. But omg my breath is a killer
  6. omg congrats it's funny because yesterday I pushed myself a little harder to get in more calories and a 20 minutes of walking on my treadmill and the scale finally decided to go down. Good luck

  8. Thanks for sharing because I was done on 8/18 and thought the same about not enough calories that the reason for not losing any more lbs I try to get between 600 and 800 and always fall short because I'm too full.

  10. Hi I'm from Middletown NY was sleeved August 18th for better health and feel great with a little up and down which I'm told is normal. My Dr is Dr Anthony Pucci from Goshen very nice and supportive including the staff. Good luck on the wls and glad to know someone is on my area

  12. omg energy I barely have any it seems like I'm on a roller coaster one minute I'm up and then the next I'm down. I'm taking all the vitamin I was told. I just know one day it will get better.
  13. Hi I'm was sleeved on August 18 I'm at the stall of 23 lbs and most days I'm good and then some I'm not. Didn't realize that it was going to be hard work I thought the lbs was going to magically disappear. Oh I heard there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I just want to be healthy that's what keep me positive. Good luck and always happy to hear from you guys

  15. wow Kandis I wish I was sent home on stage three because I so wanted to chew real food. I think the main thing is getting in the fluids and Proteins and we should be fine as I have been reading this forum for days. Best thing I came across was this forum. I'm 16 days out 23 lbs down and starting to feel like this was the best thing for my health. Good luck and hang in there. I was told we're on a good journey.
  16. Hi I had my surgery Aug 18 and feel like I should chewing also I'm just scared of hurting my new stomach.
  17. Hi I'm 2 weeks as of yesterday and feel the same way the hardest part for me is knowing when to put something in my stomach before I start feeling sick. The great thing about this forum I've learned a lot and know the end result will be wonderful I'm down 25lbs already since surgery. Good luck
  18. Hi I'm 2 weeks post op and can't seem to shake this head ache along with feeling light headed. I'm not sure what I'm missing I guess it's food because that's the only thing I'm struggling with not getting. I don't really know what and when to eat confusing when I need to drink
