  2. That was my dinner one day and I couldn't finish it all but I ate my fish and that was 4 oz if that
  3. I don't think they're eating solid food as of yet more like soft food
  4. congrats and yes I think our stall is over because mines is still going down. I think it has something to do with us eating a little more and not in starvation mode. Good luck
  5. I'm trying the first picture was 2 days before wls the second was 2 weeks after
  6. Checking in woke up feeling extra good and yes my stall is truly over so I guess it's 2 lbs a week for me because 2 more gone again. Yaaaaa I think me getting on that treadmill helped too

I usually cook really big Sunday dinners at my house almost like thanksgiving my first Sunday u was able to eat solid I just ate small portion of certain things to get a taste throughout the day and night and it worked out fine. I stayed within my calorie limit and my proteins were good my scale didn't go up lol yes I checked. I'm sure you will be fine and adjust well by then. Good luck to us all on this journey
  8. I'm 4 weeks out and would to have just one cup like I used to have with my whip cream on top. Lol I dream about it now and look at my pictures for memory
  9. I did I think I was drinking too fast but eventually it went away I though I was having a heart attack every time.

Happened to me too, only once in the first week but I learned early on if my stomach don't like something I will know almost immediately that's why I pace my food or drink intake.and since my doctor told me I could only accommodate 4 oz in my stomach I don't put no more than that at any given time. I'm 4 weeks out and feel good. Good luck and feel better let your tummy speak to you
  11. Hi I was also sleeved on the 18 th don't worry things will get better if your eating you will get most of your proteins that way. I usually drink a muscle milk 100 calories first think in the morning and the rest of my proteins come from fish chicken and other food that you can tolerate. As far as BM I eat activia greek yogurt and it helps me go regular now because I had a problem too. And my weight loss started again. 27lbs lost good luck
  12. I can almost say the same as you except for every now and then I feel a little winded from walking up steps but that it and 4 weeks out I'm eating soft foods which helps

  14. I stand by the theory of food for fuel and moving to burn it
  15. Everyone is different but what I did to get out of my stall was upped my calorie intake and that's when I notice in a 24 hr period I lost 2 lbs easily
  16. I don't think I will miss them but need some kind of way without surgery to get them firm instead of sagging to the floor lol
  17. I know this is personal but are you regular when it come to BM because I was stuck but then I started taking extra fiber to make me go regular and what do you know the scale started moving. Good luck I was sleeved August 18th I'm 25 down
