  1. I will also follow the group. Couldn't do without my bari buddies.
  2. I picked up a baby food grinder today. Getting ready for thanksgiving lol. I will be allowed ground up meat by then. I also picked up some sippy cups, they are supposed to help with the protein smell if it bothers you.
  3. I would definitely do the private fb group. It is hard to keep track of everything and this app doesn't work well on my phone.
  4. @@chellede Lol. Pee has been clear until I took that big gulp of Water and stopped drinking. It was yellow. I guess I need to start sipping again. Milk of magnesia REALLY works if you haven't had a bowel movement. I over did it and have had bad stuff for the past 3 days. Yuck, I want it to feel normal. All sorts of adjustments lol.
  5. @@chellede Thanks so much. Crazy, I was sitting in the car, waiting to pick up my daughter and didn't even think about taking a big old swig of Water,
  6. Question. I picked up a Water bottle to drink in the car today and forgot to sip. I took a couple big drinks and then realized. My stomach has been hurting ever since. Do you think I stretched my sleeve? I sure hope not.
  7. @@chellede What is double milk? Powdered milk mixed with skim milk?
  8. @@lovelytrl I did that but mixed it in my little bullet thing. It was way to foamy. Do you add ice to yours? I will try it again since I have another packet of the strawberry. Do you like the unjury chicken Soup. I really liked it on the pre-op diet but about gagged on it yesterday when I had it.
  9. @@lovelytrl How do you mix it? I just had it and I hated it. I guess we all have different taste.
  10. Yuck! The powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury strawberry Sorbet Protein drink is nasty. I do like the vanilla one, I add 2 T Peanut Butter powder to it. Yum.
  11. I had sleeve surgery, gall bladder removal and ended up having a haital repair also. I guess they didn't catch it with the barium swallow. I was in the hospital one day longer than I thought I would be. My oxygen also was dropping too low so it could have been that that kept me in the hospital a day longer. Anyways... I am a week and a day out and feeling great. No pain meds since I left the hospital last Friday and no pain. You'll do great!
  12. Here are some protein smoothie drink recipes from my Bariatric surgeons office.

  24. I got home yesterday evening from the hospital. Am doing better. I had a couple of rough days at the hospital. I had my gall bladder taken out also and they found a hiatal hernia and had to repair it. Glad to be home and on the mend. Hope this finds everyone well.
  25. @@dropdeadweightdiva At the bottom of your info on the left side of the screen it says "mention", if you press this it puts the name in your reply. Thanks for the kind words! I'm off to the hospital.
