  1. I have been stalled for 3 weeks, this Friday will make 4 and I am so annoyed. I am following all directions and exercising I feel and see changes in my clothes but with those numbers on the scale not going down I feel like perhaps this was a waste of my time and unfortunately not reversible ????????
  2. I was sleeved on 8/15 and just like you the scale is stuck I'm hopeful like everyone keep saying that it will move I'm working out as well and finally consuming what I believe is enough calories 1,000-1,100 per day and still no movement but the scale has no other choice but to move in the right direction ..... Frustrated
  3. @ kindle.... Thanks
  4. Great post but unfortunately I'd still like to see the numbers move in the right direction ⬇️
  5. I'm four weeks out and would like to know are raw unsalted almonds ok
  6. I have some regrets too! Eating such a small amount of food and exercising more than usual and the scale is stalled. I truly hope this stall comes to and end.
  7. Sleeved on 8/15/14 loss 12 pounds during the first week but have been stalled now for 15 days, needless to say I'm frustrated. I'm consuming anywhere between 600-800 calories a day and exercising 5-6 days/week. ????
  8. I'm 3 weeks post op and have loss only 12 pounds and have been stalled for two weeks.... Very disappointed
