  5. I figured it out lol... The pics are me at 273 & 196.... I'm not at goal weight but still proud of what came off with the sleeve......
  6. OK gotcha.... Everyone is different... I was eating that amount of calories for a while. My number just recently increased up to 800. I believe my low calorie intake was due to not being able to tolerate anything really.... Meat in particular. So I was eating light Greek yogurt with unflavored Unjury giving me 30 grams of protein per yogurt cup... I had 2 of those a day given me my daily minimum of 60grams. Inbetween that I would have some type of fruit or veggie..... From what Ive read a stall is no weight loss for 3-4 weeks..... And I didn't hit any... The longest period I had euthanize weight loss was about a week. On June 27th I will 5 months post op and down 80 since surgery and including my 3 month preop diet I'm down 100. I started at 293. Surgery weight was 273 and my current weight is 193. My goal was 155. I would post pics but I don't know how to on posts lol. If you go to my profile they should pop up... I think I might look too small at that weight because I am 5'8". The only advice I can give is to listen to your body, aim for 60-80 grams of protein and get in 48-64 ounces of water. My doc suggested that per serving my fat intake be 3 grams or less and my sugar be 5 grams or less.....I believe the week I didn't lose anything was because that week those numbers increased... So for the long post lol... Was trying to get everything out lmao ???? good luck on your journey ????
  7. I put in a little more than half a scoop to light Greek yogurt. Witgbthose 2 combined that gives me a total of 30 grams of protein for tgat one yogurt cup...... I would have one more for lunch that gives me my daily minimum of 60 grams for protein.
  8. I mix unflavored Unjury in my yogurt....
  9. Update: I made it to onederland ???? current weight is 194

  11. I'm still learning what I can eat and not eat..... or shall I say what I can tolerate. A lot of things make me very nauseous. It's a learning process. Surgery weight was 273 I'm down to 229..... this weight was achieved without exercise. I keep saying I'm going to start lol.... but I really need to soon.
  12. Yessssss good luck on your journey☺
  13. Lol ???? feels great. .. a lot of my donors are noticing....
  14. Yes sweet!!!!!! I'm excited for you!.... I'm a month out now and I'm down 28 pounds..... including pre-op I'm 48 pounds down☺
  15. Pre op diet I lost 8 pounds.... which put me back at 273. My last supervised diet visit was Dec 8th. My pre-op diet began January 13th. In-between that time I had gained 8 pounds but lost it again during pre op diet. The diet that I was given was 2 protein shakes and then a regular meal for dinner for 2 weeks. .... I have read about others having to do 2 weeks on a liquid diet.
  16. The first 2 days were manageable as long as I kept up on my meds. Days 3-5 I went from taking meds every 6 hours to every 10-12. Day six I no longer needed the pain meds. The first 3 days I also had the gas pain.. which was extremely annoying.
  17. Pretty good actually.
  18. 2 weeks post op as of 2/10 and I lost 21 lbs. SW: 273 CW: 252
  19. Omg!!!!! This is too freaky lmao. Your user name is my friends name and his year of birth lmao. That means I need to call him.... anyways mine is ppo. I believe if your bmi is 35 with Co morbidities like the ones you have you won't have any problems with getting approved. I will say do not gain any weight during tour supervised diet. Me, for example, I was able to do the 3 month supervised diet with the dietician, which was located I my surgeon's office.... In October my weight was 292. At my next appointment(November) I could not weigh more than 292... I didn't I weighed 280. Same went for Dec. I could not weigh more than 280 and I weighed in at 273. I had to be careful with my weight loss because my bmi was 43 and from all the posts that I have been reading if your bmi falls below their requirements you will not get approved. So when I was on the supervised diet I didn't make drastic changes. The first month I cut out pop which gave me the 12 pound loss. The next month I ate the same foods but small portions. The third month I cut back on snacks. I was approved within a week..... I hope I covered everything lol... feel free to ask more questions and let me know if I left something out.
