  1. Wow, everyone is doing so well! I also have not been on for a very long time. Have lost 96.4 pounds. Went from a size 22 to a size 6. But my goal is 100 pounds and I can't seem to get there. Starting to yo yo!
  2. I was banded last October. I didn't start walking for exercise until Jan 1. I started slow, 20 minutes 3 times per week, and I was walking slow, maybe 1.5 miles per hour. Now 7 months later and 85 pounds lighter, I walk 3 to 4 miles per day in 30-45 minutes. I never thought I would say this , but I miss it when I don't have time and I always make it up the next day. Now I am planning my first official 5k walk on Labor Day, and I know it will be easy.
  3. I guess I did not figure it out!
  4. I agree, get rid of the scale and just do what you know you are suppose to do. You made the right decision http://www.LapBandTalk.com/images/smilies/clap2.gif to get started not keep going. The band will work if you believe you can do it. Get those positive thoughts going again. On another note, can some one tell be how to add those cute trackers to my message. I have one, but do not know how to get it to my message. Maybe i figured it out! noborder]http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/t/wJin1im/weight.png[/image] [/link]
  5. I have lost 45 pounds since I began my journey this time. 25 before the help of the band. I am proud of how far I have come, but looking forward to going forward.
  6. I was banded Oct 4. Have done very well. Lost 25 pounds before I was banded and another 20 afterward, but now I find myself more hungery and even gained a pound over Thanksgiving. I find I can eat more and do not feel full. I have to keep reminding myself to not eat more than a cup of food. I fear my cup is getting bigger. I have an Dr. appointment next week. Hopefully my first fill!
  7. I am two weeks out from surgery and having back pain high on the left size. Has anyone else experienced this? What may cause this?
