  1. It's nothing to it , I had mine done two weeks ago and I been doing fine , haven't been hungry at all ,
  2. I weighed 284 when I had my EGD done , weighed 269 when I had surgery , lost that from being on pre-op diet
  3. It's nothing to the surgery , had mine on the 19th , doing good ,
  4. So what are we suppose to do about the hair lost that we will have , anything ?
  5. They want you to lose some before surgery but the main reason for the liquids is to shrink your liver down some and it will be better for the doc to see , I only had to do 7 days but really only done 4 .

  9. Well I really haven't been hungry , I drink a lot of wAter so I guess that keeps my pouch full
  10. Yep I know that's what it is , and it's from being bored staying around the house , but I just had my surgery last Tuesday so it hasn't been a week yet .
  11. Don't be scared , it's nothing to it , just be ready for the life change
  12. Wonder just how long it takes the stomach to heal up , I haven't had any good yet , just liquids and jello or broth , but I'm in no hurry tho
  13. You only eating this before surgery so your stomach will shrink some and the liver also , if you can go all day without food then that's what I would do , I ate the soup in morning and ate it again at night but drink alit of water to keep you full
  14. How do you know what your weight should be , I am 6'0 and I weighed 284 , so should I say bout 200 ?
  15. I know all doctors have different rules they go by , but the way your food was going sounds lot better than mine
  16. Try the premier protein drinks , they have 30 grams in each drink
  17. It's hard bc I had mine done Tuesday and I have had nothing but water and jello , but it will get better
  18. It only cost me my deductible , 1800, which I had done met most of it before my surgery
  19. Well I can't have shakes till I go back for visit , and I seen on the web site where they are tell others not to do protein until after two weeks visit
  20. I can only have liquids right now , can't have no protein until I go back for my visit in two weeks
  21. I had my sleeve done this past Tuesday , I never had any pain or sickness ,
