Yeah its hard I've been only eating chicken for 2 months no dark meat and expecially no fast food (the stuff in fast food is not real food gross) but with getting sleeved I feel like I won't get my proper nutrition. I don't know though

Yeah there are 4 packs but it's impossible to fine I've checked EVERYWhere even tried to buy a 4 pack online and I couldn't it's like I'mpossible. I think I'm just gonna say eff it and buy the big pack after surgery and learn to love it. I've tried unjury shakes but I don't feel like I'll always want to blend it myself haha!

Well she said a lot of them have way too much sugar and some of them you need to take like 4

I'm waiting for my pulmonary and cardiologist approval. My surgery is the 30 and my follow up appointments for clearance at the 30. I'm praying all is good and I'm good to go!

So everywhere I go I see EVERYONE drinks premire protein. Now I know i can get a bulk of it at Sam's Club but I can't find a single or a 4 pack to try before I splerge on a big pack. Any other brands that are just like this brand or even better? Help please

I'm really freaking out I don't know how to eat for this surgery I'm up and active for work at 6 am how should I plan this out Can someone give me their schedule of eating so I can figure out how to do it please.

Your just stressing yourself out. Relax take a deep breath I'm sure everything will be fine! Give us an update when you know anything

I know how you feel whe. I went to my cardiologist he "fat shamed" me. He made it seem like I had all these problems and I'm like no I don't have high blood pressure no I don't have shortness of breath and no I don't have ashma he was just assuming because I'm overweight but it'll get better trust me. Omg he also said wow the pressure on your legs are perfect for a person your size. Like f*** you! Lol don't worry it gets better trust me!
