Yes! That is what I had in October 2014. It's great because there is no scar or i should say a very small scar....in the belly button.

First appointment was sept. 1st surgery oct 8th- Post surgery
You only one day post op. It will get better. Wishing you a speedy recovery.- 10 months
That's a great finish time!!! Congrats!- 3 years post op and I have created my dream life....you can too.
Where is the link??- What a victory!
I was sleeved nine days ago. Today I volunteered for bake sale at my children's school to benefit breast cancer awareness. There were all different types of cakes, cupcakes, Cookies and pastries. I am so shocked and amazed that I did not taste of anything. And I was not even tempted. I had absolutely no desire to eat that junk. I sipped on my Water while serving hundreds of kids cupcakes. For me this is definitely a victory this would've been a major challenge prior to surgery. Actually it would not have been a challenge I would've just ate everything in sight .....LOL. I can't believe that I could look at a cookie, smile and say no thank you. This surgery has changed my life for the better!!!- New York Bariatric Group
I was in the hospital for one night. I was very happy to leave. You really don't get to sleep at the hospital. They wake you up every two hours to walk and check your vitals.- Is there an APP for that - "Reminder Drink More Water"
Thanks guys!- 2 week liquid diet
That should be a question for your doctor's office or nutritionist. Every doctor has a different requirement. On my liquid pre-opp I was allowed 4 Protein shakes per day, sugar free liquids and sugar free Jello and pudding. I have seen some people allowed salads and vegetables. Good luck.!- Is there an APP for that - "Reminder Drink More Water"
I am one week post opp. and I am having difficulties drinking the required amount of Water. How does everyone remember to drink up? I am looking for an app that will beep/buzz every hour or 20 minutes to remind me to drink. Is there such an app.- New York Bariatric Group
My surgery went well. I am six days post op. I cannot say that I was in a lot of pain. But, major discomfort and gas pains. While at the hospital they will give you a morphine pump to control the pain. They also sent me home with A prescription for liquid Tylenol codeine. I filled the prescription but never used the medication. What I did use was the gas x strips, that's a lifesaver. Right now my major struggle is to drink enough Water. I feel a little weak and tired, hoping this will change soon.- 5 Days Post Op....horrible Diarrhea!
I am 5 days post op also (10/8 surgery date) and the same I have the same thing. It's not severe but it's there. Keep hydrated !!!- October sleevers.. Where is everyone from

Wednesday is the day!!! the first day of the rest of my life! I am so excited and nervous all at the same time. Good luck to everyone having their procedure this week.- Decisions...decisions!
I am not sure what I want to do regarding the day of my surgery. (Which is in 4 days) Should I have my family stay w/ me at the hospital? Who was with you in the hospital the day of surgery? Did they spend the night @ the hospital w/ you? Did they drop you off? And pick you up? If you was alone did you wish you had someone there? So excited and nervous for my surgery on October 8th.- Surgery Date....October 8th
Yes but I am in NYC you get 80% for a maximum of $180 per week. I can use 1 week vacation and one week disability . I cannot live on $180 per week. - Can't believe it.
