Hey girl I'm Jason from va I had the rny surgery on the 28th and from what I heard I'm suspose to wait six weeks before weight training.

I guess that would of been a better headline but thanks ill keep it in mind for my next topic.

Man good luck hang in there its worth it.I had surgery on the 28.my preop diet was tough but I did it I had the gnc total lean shakes they are really good.but after the sixth day it got a lot better.
