Drink more water plain and simple ?! You may not feel thirty but when you are thirsty your brain confuses the signal saying your hungry ! You need lots of water to flush fat

I wss told by a great trainer that if you dont loose on atkins you aren't taking in enough fat!

I had my vsg 1/5/15 i am thrilled down 30 lbs dont miss food at all ! Just wish i would have done this 10 yrs ago !

I would not advocate have your stomach folded in on itself ie. Plication... i am very happy with my sleeve!

I have to say as an American nurse i was trwated to top rate first class care by dr ariel ortiz and his staff! People think i am crazy for going to mexico and i now think people are crazy for not going to mexico! I was not eligable for the sleeve be cause i had no comorbidatities aka no diabetes no high blood pressure etc cash cost in the states was not possible 23000 $ i did some resesrch and i am glad i did surgery was 1/5/15 and i am 20 lbs lighter

My surgeon said Dr Ariel Ortiz said there are 12 health benefits to coffee and it was fine! Being a nurse we give coffee on a clesr liquid diet all the time! I started having a little bit in my protien shake like a mocha post op day 7 ! I had no problems however i made some fresh ground expresso roast this morning and feel quiet nauseated! Take it slow !

Congrats to all those sleeved ! My day was 1/5 w dr ortiz at occ ! Loved everything !!! I want to tell everyone i have had no difficulty at all i feel amazing ! The hardest part is you must must must be careful w what you are drinking and taking in the calories can add up so fast! Also vitamins in capsules you csn break open are very handy !!

No pain at all this has been the best surgical experience ever, ebveryone from the driver to the hotel and clinic have been so wonderful! My sister went to the occ today for juvaderm! She loved dr so !

I dont know what the neosporin is for they use surgical glue called derma bond you dont want to mess with that and you will heal fine. Dont over pack is my suggestion! People that come alone have to take all of their stuff too and from the hospital! I brought lots of sweats flip flops glasses i usually wear contsct lenses but didnt want to mess w them, bring gas x strips they help a little bit. Walmart is a safet walk for anything you may need and the take us dollars

Monday jan 5 i had my sleeve at OCC i woke ip w no pain at all no nausea and feel great . The entire clinic was wonderful ! I cant recommend this enough
