  1. I'm going to start taking measurements instead and I've told my daughter to hide the scale so I stay away lol
  2. They told me to sip from 1 oz medicine cups, not to exceed 4 servings which I'm doing. It takes me about 10 min to finish one because of how slowly and how little I'm consuming. And although I prepare it as 4 oz, I rarely finish even 3 just because I don't wanna over do it. I read all these posts and between not feeling full, only losing 6 lbs in over a week, and all the cravings (tho I'm not giving in), I feel like I'm doing something wrong. I lost faster when I would diet on my own. I don't get it. Sorry to complain...
  3. That's the thing. I have the hiccup and belch after my first bite. I can't be full that quickly, can I? I'm just hoping it's more obvious when I move to purees.
  4. I'm on Prevacid once a day. I'm glad to hear this is normal so thanks!
  5. I'm 8 days out and since day 1, I've had gurgling with each bite (well, sip) of food. The gurgle travels up my chest sorta like acid reflux. I always thought this was suppose to be a signal but this happens with EVERY bite including the first. I only eat 1/2 cup of food (well, soup) because my NUT said I'd only tolerate 1/4-1/2 cup, but I'm worried that I might be over doing it because I don't know when I'm full. I'm really missing the indicators and it worries me.
  6. 315 at consult. Gorged on foods I'd miss so I was 320 when I started pre op. I dropped to 301 on surgery day which was 10/10. I was 294 this a.m., so down 7 lbs in about a week. A little annoyed at that. I know, I know-better than nothing/it'll get better. Still......
  7. Awesome. You're my sleeve buddy by default lol
  8. I have been looking at these threads daily for over a month and never made one single post until I knew my journey had its definite destination. I'm being sleeved 10/10 and I'm the only 2 emotions I feel alternate between excitement and nervousness ????
