I had to get a sleep study, pulmanory testing, upper gi & chest xray, blood work, I go in on the 16th of this month to have my last weight management weigh in. And then my papers will be submitted to insurance. Hoping for surgery the beginning of Nov sometime...*finger crossed

I will not miss people asking me how many months i am and I'm not even pregnant...Ugh

You sound like me I'm confused also. Will be meeting with a support group this Friday to make my final decision. Been doing research on both the gastric sleeve and bypass...Wishing u the best on your journey! ????

I have Medicare also and I'm on a 3 month supervised diet I won't be having surgery until nov. Good luck to you all!

I also had gallstones my docter is taking out my gallbladder doing my surgery which I'm kinda glad he is. I wouldn't won't that pain to come back wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.

Thanx everyone !! I will be checking with my doctor to see what I have to do...I met with my surgeon already I'm still in the early stages as far as all the test being done/ EKG and sleep study/ psych and everything else I won't be getting surgery until November. Still don't have as of yet all I know is it will be in November...I'm so ready to get the process going.
