    Hang in there!!! I was banded on July 25 and just finished the "mushy" food phase. What has helped me the most is a good protein shake, blended with ice to make it a little thicker.

    Banded sister-Lizz! Are you using My Fitness Pal? If so my user name is kgot01! It has helped me stay on track but I am only a week or so farther post op than you. My surgery was on July 25. Thanks!!!!

    Hi! My name is Katie and I live near St. Louis, Mo. I had my lap band surgery on July 25, 2014 and am currently on the "mushy" foods phase of my journey. I am tracking my food and exercise on the My Fitness Pro app. and I need a little more accountability and support. I need a buddy! Anyone willing?! Thanks!
