  7. Thanks everyone i always feel better after posting on here. Its always motivating to here you guys opinions. I told my friend to not talk about my weight if its not supportive.
  8. I really need a support system to help with eating and exercising. My friend is constantly saying im not losing enough not exercising enough and not attractive. Ive come to the realization that i didnt gain weight over night and im not going to lose it over night. It sucks when people dont understand the years of hurt from being overweight and cant be supportive.

  12. So after months of being on a stall the scale has started to move again. Im so glad because i was losing my mind. I thought it was maybe the birth control i had implanted a few months ago but im not sure. Anyway im glad to be back on track.

  14. I started out 308lbs and im down to 241lbs. I will start journaling food intake tomorrow. I also review the post op diet frequently and think im doing right but apparently im not
  15. I go to the gym for cardio and weights, i skate and bike ride every week.
  16. I had the sleeve. I don't really no what to eat. I eat the usual stuff but no junk food or sugary foods.
  17. I haven't been on this forum in 11 months looking at all the pictures and success stories makes me wanna cry because i dont think ive lost enough yet. Ive lost 65lbs in a year my surgeon says i should be losing more. i really don't no what else to do.
  18. I usually eat oatmeal, a sandwich the usually i try to eat chicken, fish. I stopped drinking soda recently so hopefully that will help
  19. i had gastric sleeve 1 year ago this month. Ive lost 65lbs. i'm a little bummed that i haven't lost more. I exercise at least 3 days a week most weeks I'm in the gym 5 days a week. for the first 6 months i was losing an average of 10lbs a month, then after the 6 months it just stopped. not sure why but I'm really trying to make good choices and exercise as much as possible.
