1 year post op

i had gastric sleeve 1 year ago this month. Ive lost 65lbs. i'm a little bummed that i haven't lost more. I exercise at least 3 days a week most weeks I'm in the gym 5 days a week. for the first 6 months i was losing an average of 10lbs a month, then after the 6 months it just stopped. not sure why but I'm really trying to make good choices and exercise as much as possible.

What do you eat in a typical day? Sometimes its just a matter of lowering your calories by 100-200 per day that can make a big difference. :)

I have been traveling and started eating bread. I noticed that my weight loss stopped. My surgeon/nutritionalist say that refined carbs like the bread in the sandwich are the last things I should be putting in my mouth. First protein, then veggies and fruits, then complex carbohydrates if I am still hungry/have room. I honestly never have room for them but do squeeze them in sometimes. I also have NOT had any sparkling water/ or sodas since surgery - I thought it wasn't allowed? Hmnn.
