Another new favorite outfit that I bought this weekend!!

I just got down to a size 12 from a 36 before surgery!

Congrats! I am 1.7 lbs away!

4.3 lbs to go before I hit 199.9!!! Surgery date 8/12/14.

I'm nearly 13 months post op and it's crazy how some people don't realize that you DO have to give up stuff for this to work. Would I like to have a coke? Sure. There are several things I would like, but know that I can't have and I'm ok with it. Being healthier and feeling better outweigh everything!

Today is my 1 year anniversary of have the VSG! What a year it has been! SW 385 CW 215

I am 1 year post op today. Before pic I was 385 and after pic taken this past weekend, I am 215. 170 lbs gone!

heatherbb Yes I really like Dr. S and the staff. My first appointment was on 6/25 and had surgery scheduled for 8/12 that same day. They wanted to schedule on 7/14 but I already had plans to be out of town. Process was very easy. I had an appointment with a dietician, psychologist and an egd and that was it. It was the BEST decision I ever made. I am doing great!!! Do you live in Houston or surrounding area?

My weight loss is since June 25th when I had my first visit with the surgeon. I lost about 30 prior to surgery. Thanks.
