  11. I had a pain pump with my surgery. I had the same pump in a previous surgery. It's not as scary as it sounds. If I remember correctly most of the medicine is out of the pump by the 3rd day. Then you will take it out. It's just a small drain tube and comes out easily. Good luck
  12. Glad you posted this. Seems like were stuck in the same boat. I've been bouncing around from 199 to 201 for the last 2 months also. Would love to hear anyone's suggestions.
  13. What exactly is the 5:2 diet? I've been stalled for about 2 months now and would like to find a way to get the scales moving again.
  14. Shelly513 I'm about 15months and struggling with a weight gain also. I was wondering what you were doing to drop your gained pounds and get back on track? I need help!
  15. Thanks everyone for your responses. Puchy123 I'm also thinking about going on a liquid diet. Let me know how it works for you. I'm also interested in the 5:2 diet. Has anyone tried it? How did it work for you?

  17. I have the gastric sleeve done about 18 months ago. I've done really well I've lost 118lbs and I'm very happy with my progress. I've been stalled now for almost 2 months and most of that time I've had health issues and not been able to work. My health issues have even limited my ability to work out. With all this being said I have a lot more time to sit at home and eat! In the last 2weeks I've gained 3lbs. I know that may not seem like a lot but I also know how quickly those pounds can turn into 10lbs or 20lbs. I need support! I need help! How can I lose these pounds and push past this stall????

  24. I am 5ft 5 and my starting weight was 315. I had the sleeve in April 2013. My current weight is 200lbs. The sleeve may have been the slower route but was the best decision for me. My advice for you is to do lots of research and do what you feels best for you. Good luck
