  1. Hi everyone I really like this app. I just got my sleeve July 16 and looking forward to share my journey and read others experiences. I am still on liquid diet and feel good. Haven't really felt hungry only in the morning but have to drink my proteins and drink so I can stay hydrated. I look forward in meeting new people. I live in Las Vegas.
  2. Hi I live in Las Vegas I just got my sleeve July 16 and feeling good. Just relaxing, walking, and taking my liquid intake.
  3. Hi I just had my sleeve on Wednesday and taking the protein shakes and drinking lots of fluid. Not sure how much I have lost but maybe you are putting in more calories than normal. Everything will pay off just look into foods that you can eat but of course portion control Is the key. As for me I am just in the liquid diet right now and been feeling full with only the protein shakes, and chicken soup that my mom has been making me. Good luck!! And you should be happy with what you have lost!!
  4. Hi I had my sleeve surgery 7-16-14 the gas has been the hardest pain. Haven't had any pain but glad that I did this procedure. Hope to meet others and discuss daily process.
