  1. Knit yes I have to agree with you that all doctors are different because I started protein shakes at the hospital the day after my surgery. I did not like the vanilla flavor was good with chocolate

  3. Dimandgirl yes let's hope it's much easier, one thing I tried was the sugar free jello and couldn't have it because it was super sweet for me..
  4. Joatsaint when did you have your surgery?
  5. I had my sleeve on July 16th and lucky I haven't had a problem drinking my shakes. I tried atkins and I just couldn't stand the taste it felt weird on my tummy.
  6. I been using Silk Almondmilk Unsweetened Vanilla with my Bariatric advantage High Protein MEal Replacement Chocolte Flavored. I normally well my mom makes it for the whole day so we blended also add a banana and a bit of water if it's to thick. I love it!! I tried the Vanilla flavor ones and I just didn't like them.
  7. Sorry I will have two weeks that I had my surgery on Wednesday and then to face two of foods
  8. Protein Shakes, Chicken Broth, drinking water, I also got sugar free power aide, I had yogurt, those are things I been eating and seems to help me out. The first days I also had headaches maybe you need to drink more fluids you are probably dehydrated

  10. Your welcome yes that is the only pain I had haven't had any pain from my incisions which it's good. So yes walk!! And Thank you very much!!!
  11. Carissa one thing I can say walk right after your surgery. Walk walk so you won't have lots of pain from the gas they put to blow up our tummies.. Good luck during your surgery. I had mine on July 16th and down 15 pounds already.

  17. Msmimi who was your doctor? I haven't really had any pain which that's a good thing. The gas is the only thing that was bad but thankfully been good. How about you? I had my follow up and lost 12 pounds since last week I will have one week tomorrow that I had my sleeve surgery.

  20. Fit2015 glad you are doing better.. I started walking a little after surgery but of course had the pain on my chest. Going away and I also sleep On my sides. I couldn't sleep at all at the hospital but here at home it's much better with the help of pillows

  22. Yes that gas was bad thats the only pain I have gotten. It hurt the chest but it's going away.
  23. I hope you feel much better soon.. And good thing that you taking your meds. I only take them at night so I can sleep good and won't have pain. Good luck with the days ahead.
  24. Hi Chris I really haven't had any pain from my incisions only the air was really painful the day of the surgery. I am starting to feel that the incisions are starting to itch but other than that doing well. Just soreness here and there. How are you doing?
