  4. I make scrambled eggs in the microwave a lot at work I cook it for no longer than a minute but stir while cooking. They taste great!
  5. I totally get this and can relate. I have a sister who had the sleeve done six years ago. She continually talks about how I eat more than she ever ate at this point. She said she lost it a lot faster. Most of the family thinks she is unhealthy and doesn't get her Protein in. I had my sleeve done on July 8, 2014. I have lost 29.1 lbs so far. I am excited about my progress, but she does make it hard. On the other hand, I have two other sisters who are super supportive and say nice things. Stay positive and remember we are all different!
  6. I had my surgery done with Dr. Alvarez on July 8th! I am down 29.1 lbs and doing great. I went there after seeing how successful my sister and her mother-in-law's surgery had been. He is a top notch guy with quality staff. I would recommend to anyone!
  7. Hi! I had my sleeve done on July 8, 2014. Last Saturday I discovered I had a kidney stone. I had it removed yesterday. Has anyone had issues with these since having a sleeve? Thanks!

  13. I am three weeks post op. I have been walking since day one and will start soft foods tomorrow. I know I need to do some strength training. Does anyone have good advice on where to start with this? Thanks for the help!
  14. I have never been a fan of retried beans. Maybe I need to try them again now that I have had my sleeve. If I put stuff in them, that would change the taste of them.
  15. I had my sleeve done on July 8th. I can't say that I had a tin of pain and was walking the same day of surgery. I have been walking everyday since then. I still have five days left in full liquids and then u can go to soft foods. I am very excited for this because I am sick of liquids. I try not to eat around others right now cause watching the. Eat solid foods is tough. Luckily I am single and live by myself.
