  22. My nutritionist suggested 6 months to make sure I'm fully healed up. I miss trail mix
  23. Outside of hood milk (that's the brand) I've mixed mine into shakes certain soups ( half a scoop) and when I could try mashed potatoes that. There was a recipe to put some in jello for a dessert but I didn't like the after taste.
  24. just read up a couple of posts..35lbs? You're definitely doing something right. Congrats
  25. In the blenderized phase I was told I could put half a banana in my shake. Seems like the answers here are all over the chart. I'd stick to your drs. Response though. I know we are all diff.

  27. But man..in 2 months...58 lbs I'll never see again. I don't want this ride to end. My mental toughness has been tested during this journey. I know there's more to look forward to good and bad... if this is all I lose by far this is a great success story. I'd obviously like to lose more it's just I'm happy with my decisions and how my life has changed since having this surgery. Hope everyone's having as wonderful a Monday as me.
  28. ever heard of toriani? i was told about it from a couple of people that had it and its pretty good. i like the belgian cookie(have you ever had the cookie butter from trader joes? ) thats good stuff...and ive had salted caramel.. when thats done maybe ill try something different based on the responses from this thread
  29. I'm thankful that I went through this journey and had my surgery...only 2 months in but I feel I have a new lease on life...I'm making the most of everything.
