  1. My headache went away with more protein. I was alowed plain yogurt, so I went and got youplait greek with twice the amount of protein and ate the whole thing. Once I got 50 grams of protein a day, headache went away
  2. Woke up around 7 pm feel great!! I had a boob job in 2010 and this hurts a lit less!! Feel just like after first day at the gym!!

  5. Yes!! I live in Tj, there are many great doctors here. U have to feel comfortable with your doctor. I would suggest making an appointment and check it out for yourself. My nephew is a great surgeon in Mexicali (about 2 hrs driving from Tijuana, border with Calexico), so Im having my surgery with him in Mexicali (Dr. Marco Sarinana) but he told me that if I decided to have surgery in Tijuana the best doctors he recommends are Dr. López Corvalla or Dr. Covarrubias. ???? good luck and shop around.
  6. Pre-op diet... My doctor said 3 days before surgery I have to eat ONLY YOGURT AND WATER I been reading about different diets... Ideas???
