Hi guys I'm lucky I would love to join this group im having rny on February 19 with a hernia repair At the same time with surgery i have to only do a one day post op diet and that's clear liquids only my surgery will take place at duke regional hospital I live in Raleigh nc

I can't wait until I'm on the other side : ( just a little longer lucky you'll be there : ) welcome home guys !

Tes thats true I was told the same 196 now im 185 surgery on February 19 but im done everything except anesthesia test thats on February 10 @2:30 have my magnesium citrate drink im ready !!!

Had my pre opt appointment today went over labs everything looks great signed off paperwork went and bought this magnesium citrate says 12oz but only found it in a 10oz it looks like it's gonna be nasty to drink : (

Ok thanks I'm thinking it's going over everything and signing my paperwork don't really know if he's going to make me do any diet I was 196 and im down to 185 as of now thanks again
